The hotel was situated in the very central location next to the city centre.

the rooms with a double bed. very impressed with a safe box, tv set, and a fridge available. extremely friendly and efficient staff and attention to detail. smooth check in, unbeatable prices. late check out.

The staff was wonderfully attentive and made my stay enjoyable.

There was no air conditioning, making the room quite warm at night.

For short-orders there was Grams Laekkerier, we found it close by. Tivoli gardens was placed in direct proximity. Parking was available nearby. Holiday base for your holidays in Copenhagen.

Great breakfast, city center within walking distance. The room is warm, the heating is adjustable.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with comfy beds.

hotel is nice, breakfasts are good... staff is very friendly, always prompt, answer any questions... Room's clean enough, no complaints. They clean up well... room is small, cozy. Bed was comfortable. It's nice to have a kettle and tea supplies in the room.

No air conditioning, we were in the heat, it was a significant disadvantage... No fridge in the room.

Very small room and rather expensive

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent - a good variety and plentiful.

It took us a while to locate the hotel. Even though it was near the railway station, as advertised, it was around the back of the station. The street was noisy at night, not from cars but from people yelling out and talking loudly. I think the neighbourhood was a bit questionable. We saw people dealing drugs open ly a few 100m from the hotel and were accosted by a pick-pocket whilst walking along the street the hotel was in. The hotel room was comfortable and clean but not much space.

The proximty to the city and railway station was excellent. Although our room was small, making it difficult to store our suitcases, it was comfortable. The shower was a welcomed relief at the end of a day of sight seeing. The breakfast food was always fresh and there was plenty of it.

Sometimes the service at reception was less than friendly. It would be nice to have been able to iron clothing in the comfort of our room rather than going to the conference room tucked away out the back of the hotel.

Location is convenient, quiet hotel. Breakfasts are wonderful. Staff is attentive.

Room cleaning is not of very high quality.

Its not worth for the money. Double bed was just like a single bed not big. They used single bed linen for the double. It hardly covered the bed. room facilities were bare minimum and decor was nill.

Claiming to be Non smoking, but allowed smoking at night. Lift is in reidiculous position, is halfway between floors.
